Return & Replacement Policy

Overview

At Digital point by arman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Replacement Policy is designed in compliance with Pakistan's Consumer Protection Act to ensure your rights as a consumer are protected. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or replace it within the specified time period.

This policy applies to all products purchased from Digital point by arman, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Return & Replacement Timeframe

Standard Return Period

  • 3 working days from the date of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Invoice/receipt must be provided

Defective/Damaged Products

  • 7 working days from the date of delivery
  • Product must have manufacturing defects or damage
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photos of damage/defect required for verification

Product is inspected and refund/replacement is processed within 7-14 business days
