Return & Replacement Policy
Overview
At Digital point by arman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Replacement Policy is designed in compliance with Pakistan's Consumer Protection Act to ensure your rights as a consumer are protected. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or replace it within the specified time period.
This policy applies to all products purchased from Digital point by arman, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Return & Replacement Timeframe
Standard Return Period
- 3 working days from the date of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- Invoice/receipt must be provided
Defective/Damaged Products
- 7 working days from the date of delivery
- Product must have manufacturing defects or damage
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Photos of damage/defect required for verification
Eligible Products for Return
The following products can be returned or replaced:
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Products damaged during shipping
- Wrong product delivered
- Product not matching description
- Unopened and unused products in original packaging
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or replaced:
- Products without original packaging
- Used or opened products (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Personalized or customized products
- Products with missing accessories or parts
- Software, digital products, or downloadable content
- Products returned after the return period
- Products without valid proof of purchase
Return Process

Initiate Return Request
Contact customer support via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible

Pack Product
Pack the product in original packaging with all accessories and invoice

Return Pickup
We will arrange pickup from your address (free for defective products)

Inspection & Processing
Product is inspected and refund/replacement is processed within 7-14 business days
Replacement Policy
Products can be replaced under the following conditions:
- Product is defective or damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not match description
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- If replacement is not available, refund will be provided
- Replacement will be delivered within 5-7 business days after approval
Refund Policy
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds for returned orders will be processed as follows:
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or other agreed method within 7-14 business days
- You will be contacted to provide bank account details for refund processing
- Refund processing time: 7-14 business days after return approval
- Refund amount excludes delivery charges (unless product is defective)
- Refund will be processed only after successful return and inspection of the product
Return Shipping Charges
- Free return pickup for defective or damaged products
- Free return pickup for wrong product delivered
- Return shipping charges apply for change of mind returns
- Return charges: PKR 200 - PKR 500 (varies by location)
- Charges deducted from refund amount
Warranty Claims
Products with warranty can be serviced or replaced as per manufacturer's warranty terms:
- Warranty claims must be made within warranty period
- Valid warranty card and invoice required
- Warranty service available at authorized service centers
- We can assist with warranty claims through our support team
- Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer
